So you’ve prepared yourself for a feedback meeting, now what? Make sure it is a good time for both of you. Then, make sure you avoid this common feedback mistake! Don’t sell past the close! Remember what you planned to say and be prepared to adjust. Listen. Be open to new information. As soon as the person acknowledges your message, your job is done.
